About the workouts

Up For A Challenge?

Our holidays features two daily workouts (most days), plus recovery sessions like Yoga or Pilates. These are all thoughtfully designed and led by our experienced WeUnite Coaches.

You’ll experience a mix of workout styles, including full-body conditioning and fun, team-based functional workouts. We incorporate partnered boxing to enhance coordination and agility, running for endurance, and a few surprise activities focused on strategy and teamwork, ensuring plenty of fun and laughter along the way.

All workouts are challenging yet adaptable to various fitness levels and any injuries. While you don’t need to be a pro athlete, it’s beneficial to have a good fitness foundation before joining us. This means having a basic understanding of body movement, a regular exercise routine, and a willingness to engage in the diverse workouts we offer.
